Click here to go to the Bulletins page.   Congratulation Softball Champions! | Print | Congratulations to St. Pius X Men's Softball Team, led by coach Andrew Kovac and a band of merry middle-agers (35+), on capturing their 3rd championship in the "A" Division/Catholic Church League. The team was 7-3 for the season. St. Pius X was seeded 3rd on game day, meaning we had to sweep 3 games to repeat as champions! That's exactly what we did, scoring 65 runs while only allowing 26. Game 1 was against Assumption, which featured a Mike Signore grand slam home run: 22 - 5! Game 2 was an impressive win (25-11) over the regular season winner, Holy Spirit. Brian Haas homered twice before he was intentionally walked the next three times! The championship game was against St. Paul's, three-time defending champions. St. Pius X was presented with the championship trophy and 2010 bragging rights following their 18 - 10 victory. Do you need or know of a job posting? In need of a crib or wheelchair? Whether you are buying, selling, borrowing or giving away items, we want to help you find each other! One side of the card is for public posting on the Danner Hall board. If your need is more personal, use the front side of the card. Place all cards in the metal drop box located on the bulletin board in the vestibule. Public needs will be posted for one month outside Danner Hall. A staff member will contact you to assist with private needs.
