ST PIUS X MINISTRIES
AN OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE OUR HOMEBOUND PARISHIONERS ON ASHWEDNESDAY: All it takes is a small amount of your time to be a presence to those who cannot attend church. Instructions, blessed ashes and a short prayer service will be provided. To serve is a wonderful way to begin your Lent. Call Marjorie Flores at 532-9344 x106 for more information.
MINISTER OF COMMUNION needed weekly for a homebound couple in the Hudsonville area; they are flexible on days for visits. If interested, please contact Marjorie Flores at 532-9344 x106 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
MENTORS MAKING A DIFFERENCE: Do you have an interest in an outreach volunteer opportunity in our community? Do you have one hour each week (during the school year) to share with an elementary age student? Do you feel you could be a positive role model and friend to a child? Do you have a desire to offer encouragement and support to a student? The St. Pius X Mentor committee is in need of at least three more mentors. Men, women, and young adults who are interested, please contact Terri Eddie (406-1776) or Nancy Benson (249-9497).
DONUT HELP NEEDED...we could use a few more people to help with donuts after the Sunday Masses. This is a great way for a family to serve together or for individuals or couples to meet new people. The commitment is once every six weeks and would only be after one of the Masses. If you're interested or have questions, please contact the parish office at 532-9344.
